For Private/Public Limited company
- Copy of Company’s Govt. proof of the company or organization duly signed and stamped.
- Pan Card copy of the company or organization duly signed and stamped with the authorized signatory
- Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Scan Copy of Aadhaar Card/Driving License/Voter ID of the Directors/Trustee/Members of the Company
For Limited Liability Partnership (LLP)
- Business Registration Proof – Copy of LLP Certificate of Incorporation CIN Certificate
- Copy of Business PAN of the Company/Firm
- Business Registration Proof – Registration Certificate and Partnership Deed
- Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Scan Copy of Aadhaar Car/Driving License/Voter ID of the Directors/Trustee/Members of the Company
- Copy of Certificate of Incorporation mandatory for LLP duly signed and stamped.
- Copy of the Partnership deed of the respected company or organization duly signed and stamped by authorized signatory..
For Proprietorship Firm
- Business Registration Proof – GST Certificate
- Scan Copy of Business PAN of the Company/Firm (if the firm is registered) or the Personal PAN of the person
- Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Scan Copy of Aadhaar Card/Driving License/Voter ID of the Director / Owner of the Company/Firm/Business
For NGO
- Business Registration Proof – Scanned Copy of NGO
- Scan copy of PAN of NGO or Personal PAN of the Owner of the NGO
- Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Scan Copy of Aadhaar Card/Driving License/Voter ID of the Director/Owner of the NGO
- Copy of the Last 6-months’ Bank Statement of the Registered Bank Account
For Trust/Society
- Business Registration Proof – Scanned Copy of Trust Deed / Society
- Scan copy of PAN of Trust / Society or Personal PAN of the Owner of the Trust / Society
- Authorized Signatory Id Proof – Scan Copy of Aadhaar Card / Driving License / Voter ID of the Director / Owner of the Trust / Society
- Copy of the Last 6-months’ Bank Statement of the Registered Bank Account
For Individual
- Business Registration Proof.
- Copy of Pan Card duly signed.
- Copy of address proof (Driving License/ Voter ID/ Aadhaar Card/ Passport) duly signed and stamped.
